Anita loves to meld her passion for art and fashion when she designs. Having a unique background of formerly being pre-med, she also enjoys to fuse her love for research during the inspiration and ideation phase of the design process.
She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Apparel Design from the College of Natural Sciences with a minor in Business from the McCombs School of Business.
As a child, Anita loved to design the interior of her house with her mother, show her artistic expression through bead making, and mixing & constructing different mediums to create pieces of art. This love for creativity and art embellished into a real love of fashion design.
